For returns, please contact info@miraaz.shop and wait for an email receipt of approval. Once approved the order can be sent back using the return label provided via email.

Faulty Items

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. A thorough check of your item is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately by emailing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.

Please note that all of our products are handcrafted with care and attention to detail, making each item truly unique. Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will be variations in color, size, and design from one piece to another. These differences are not defects but rather a testament to the individuality and artisanal quality of each creation. We appreciate your understanding and support for handmade artistry.

Lost / Stolen Parcels

Please note, any lost / stolen parcels are not the responsibility of Ikos Home and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We will provide you with all the tracking details.
